Welcome to I Rent Miami! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform and services, specifically for listing and availing professional services. By accessing or using I Rent Miami, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

## 1. Introduction

I Rent Miami provides an online platform that connects companies offering professional services with potential clients. By using our platform, you agree to adhere to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy.

## 2. Definitions

– **Platform:** The I Rent Miami website and mobile applications.

– **Service Provider:** The company listing professional services on the Platform.

– **Client:** The person or entity availing professional services through the Platform.

– **Service:** Any professional service listed on the Platform.

## 3. User Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to use the Platform.

## 6. Listing Fee

I Rent Miami charges Service Providers a flat listing fee for each service listed on the Platform. The listing fee is non-refundable and must be paid according to the fee schedule provided on the Platform.

## 7. Service Agreements

– **Direct Agreements:** All agreements, including service terms and payment arrangements, are made directly between the Service Provider and the Client. I Rent Miami does not intervene in or facilitate these agreements.

– **Payments:** All payments for services are made directly between the Service Provider and the Client. I Rent Miami does not process payments or handle financial transactions between Service Providers and Clients.

## 8. Cancellations and Refunds

– **Cancellations by Clients:** Clients may cancel a service request according to the cancellation policy specified in the service listing. Refunds, if any, are subject to the terms agreed upon between the Service Provider and the Client.

– **Cancellations by Service Providers:** Service Providers may cancel a service request in exceptional circumstances. Any refunds or compensation to Clients are at the Service Provider’s discretion.

– **I Rent Miami’s Role:** I Rent Miami is not responsible for processing refunds or handling cancellations. These matters are to be resolved directly between the Service Provider and the Client.

## 9. User Responsibilities

– **Service Providers:** Service Providers are responsible for ensuring that their services comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Service Providers must also ensure that their services meet the quality and standards promised in their listings.

– **Clients:** Clients must use services responsibly and comply with any terms or restrictions set by the Service Providers.

## 10. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

– Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

– Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.

– Discriminate against or harass any other user.

– Engage in any activity that could harm the Platform or its users.

## 11. Liability and Disclaimers

I Rent Miami provides a platform for connecting Service Providers and Clients but does not own, manage, or control any services listed on the Platform. We are not responsible for any issues that arise during the provision of services. Users agree to release I Rent Miami from any liability related to their use of the Platform, including but not limited to disputes between Service Providers and Clients, service quality, and any damages or losses.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless I Rent Miami and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the Platform.
