Welcome to I Rent Miami! These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform and services, specifically for listing and renting cars, vans, and SUVs. By accessing or using I Rent Miami, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

## 1. Introduction

I Rent Miami provides an online platform that connects car rental companies with renters. By using our platform, you agree to adhere to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy.

## 2. Definitions

– **Platform:** The I Rent Miami website and mobile applications.

– **Owner:** The car rental company listing vehicles for rental on the Platform.

– **Renter:** The person or entity renting a vehicle through the Platform.

– **Vehicle:** Any car, van, or SUV listed for rental on the Platform.

## 3. User Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to use the Platform. Renters must possess a valid driver’s license and meet any additional requirements specified by the Owners.

## 4. Account Registration

To list a vehicle or make a reservation, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

## 5. Vehicle Listings

Owners must provide accurate and detailed information about their vehicles. This includes descriptions, availability, pricing, and any applicable rules or restrictions. Owners are responsible for keeping their listings up to date.

## 6. Booking and Payments

– **Booking:** Renters can book vehicles through the Platform. Once a booking is made, the Owner will receive a notification, and the booking will be confirmed upon the Owner’s acceptance.

– **Payments:** All payments for bookings are made directly between the Owner and the Renter. I Rent Miami does not process payments or handle financial transactions between Owners and Renters.

– **Listing Fee:** I Rent Miami charges Owners a listing fee for each vehicle listed on the Platform. The listing fee is non-refundable and must be paid according to the fee schedule provided on the Platform.

## 7. Cancellations and Refunds

– **Cancellations by Renters:** Renters may cancel a booking according to the cancellation policy specified in the listing. Refunds, if any, are subject to the terms agreed upon between the Owner and the Renter.

– **Cancellations by Owners:** Owners may cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances. Any refunds or compensation to Renters are at the Owner’s discretion.

– **I Rent Miami’s Role:** I Rent Miami is not responsible for processing refunds or handling cancellations. These matters are to be resolved directly between the Owner and the Renter.

## 8. User Responsibilities

– **Owners:** Owners are responsible for ensuring that their vehicles comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Owners must also ensure that their vehicles are safe and fit for use.

– **Renters:** Renters must use vehicles responsibly and comply with any rules or restrictions set by the Owners. Renters are responsible for any damages caused during their rental period and for returning the vehicle in the same condition as when it was rented.

## 9. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

– Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

– Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.

– Discriminate against or harass any other user.

– Engage in any activity that could harm the Platform or its users.

## 10. Liability and Disclaimers

I Rent Miami provides a platform for connecting Owners and Renters but does not own, manage, or control any vehicles listed on the Platform. We are not responsible for any issues that arise during a rental. Users agree to release I Rent Miami from any liability related to their use of the Platform, including but not limited to disputes between Owners and Renters, vehicle damage, and personal injury.

## 11. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless I Rent Miami and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the Platform.

## 12. Modifications to Terms

I Rent Miami reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

## 13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
